Tulip Bulb Planting on Pearl Street - Multiple Days to Choose From

Under the supervision of the City's horticulture team, volunteers will prepare the tulip beds to allow the bulbs to establish before the ground freezes. We will provide all of the tools you will need for the project including gloves, kneeling pads and trowels.

Who: Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome - our horticulture team will be there to help guide you!

What to Wear: As we all know Colorado weather can be unpredictable. Dress for the weather in layers you can remove as the day warms up and we start to move around. Long sleeves and long pants are advised. Closed toed shoes are required.

What will be provided: We will provide volunteers with vests, gloves, gardening tools, kneeling pads, and water. Please bring a water bottle you can refill from our cooler.

Where: We will meet at 1325 Pearl Street in front of the Historic County Courthouse.

Parking: Nearby street parking.

Restrooms: The nearest public restrooms are located at 13th & Pearl.

Requirements: Volunteers should be able to lower themselves to the flower bed, follow safety guidance, and handle small tools such as a hand shovel.
