Businesses, clubs, schools, scout troops, religious organizations, etc. can participate in one day cleanup, planting or specialized projects in our urban parks or natural lands. Please read these instructions carefully before completing the form. 

• Projects are determined by Boulder Parks & Recreation Staff and will usually be from 3 - 4 hours in length. We offer projects mainly on weekdays, from 7am to 3pm, and our season typically goes from April to October.
• Kids must be 12 years old+ to attend. All participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian prior to the event. 
• Submitting this form does not ensure that we can offer you a group project. Our staff will contact you within a week via email to complete the request process and confirm the details. If we cannot place your group, we will share your request form with other city departments to learn if they can find placement.  
• We require a minimum of four weeks advanced notice to try to schedule a volunteer project. If you'd like to request a project within three weeks, please contact Mary Haskins at haskinsm@bouldercolorado.gov. Group size: Smaller groups of 8 - 20 people are preferred, however larger groups of 40 - 50 people are possible, but projects of this size depend on staff needs and are not always available.
