The Boulder Valley Rose and Garden Club maintains the rose and perennial garden at the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse in downtown Boulder. The garden contains nearly 50 varieties of roses and hardy perennials. This is a great opportunity to learn firsthand from local experts about gardening in Colorado.
Please register for a shift below to join Boulder Valley Rose and Garden Club for a volunteer shift. A club member will host each gardening shift. You do not need to formally join the club to lend a helping hand.
Volunteer tasks may include weeding, pruning, planting, and more. Please wear layered clothing, sun protection, and closed-toed shoes. Some tools will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your favorite gardening tools from home. Sturdy work gloves are highly recommended as the thorns can be sharp!
