About
Join our horticulture team as they work at different park garden locations throughout the summer. Volunteer for one day or every Wednesday! Assignments may include weeding, mulching, or pruning!
Tasks may involve crouching, bending, sitting on the ground, etc. Come prepared for the weather with many layers and sun protection. We recommend you wear a hat, long sleeves, pants, and closed toed shoes to keep yourself safe while working with different tools and materials.
What to bring: - Work gloves (we will have extra available for those that need them) - Hat - Sunscreen - Water
Minors over the age of 12 can volunteer if accompanied by a parent/guardian. All participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian prior to the event. Only a parent/guardian can register minors.
All skill levels are welcome - our horticulture team will be there to help guide you!
